I started creating cakes over eighteen years ago and my passion has only grown since then. I have completed many courses over the years to expand my skills. I specialise in creating sugar flowers. The beauty of making them is every flower is available all year round and in any colour you'd like.
Working from my home based studio I offer a professional service from the initial contact to the delivery of your cake. I have a five star food hygiene rating, level two food hygiene and safety qualification for catering, and public liability insurance with The British Sugar Guild. You can rest assured that your cake is in safe hands.
